André Picart has joined Superdream as head of digital, tasked with energising the Midlands agency’s digital output and full-service strategy.

He joins Superdream after holding the head of digital role at TMWI and working at Lakestar McCann on brands including Halfords, Butlins, Missguided, Nestlé and Redrow Homes.
Picart said: “Superdream’s vision for creative, innovative marketing immediately appealed to me. The breadth of skills in house, coupled with its ambitious development plans is impressive. Superdream has more than 50 marketing and creative specialists based at its headquarters in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. Last year it opened its first international office in Brisbane, Australia and since January 2017 has recruited 8 new specialists.
