The results are in from the annual Superdream staff survey and we’re ever so proud to have scored a massive 93% for staff satisfaction in 2016! Our Director of Account Services (and employee engagement specialist) Fran Nolan announced these results to a packed room of Dreamers at our latest employee engagement session.
Every year everyone who works at Superdream is asked to fill in an anonymous staff survey. Shortly afterwards we hold a series of workshops, culminating in an all-agency employee engagement session where we discuss the results, celebrate our strengths and discuss ways we can work to improve upon our weaker areas.
This year, following a round of fizz to celebrate the smashing of yet another new business target, we heard some brilliant and innovative proposals for ways to improve agency life, many of which our MD said yes to on the spot.
Jason commented: “You can never underestimate the importance of listening to your employees. Over the last couple of years a lot of hard work has gone on and I continue to be grateful that each and every employee takes the time and makes the effort to offer their feedback, suggestions and ideas.
“Already, the wheels are in motion to put together plans to implement some of the brilliant suggestions made and initiatives proposed at this year’s session. I was genuinely overwhelmed by the passion and commitment of all of our employees for Superdream to succeed and have no doubt we will again smash our targets for 2017.”
